Ebara Densan (Qing Dao) Technology Ltd. moved to a new site!

2018 has passed in the twinkling of an eye, Ebara Densan (Qing Dao) Technology Ltd. welcomed its first workday of the new year in its new factory on Jan 2nd 2019.
After 2 months of decoration and 2 weeks of migration in 2018, our company has moved to the new site successfully, where we started a new journey for the company's development.

At 8:45 in the morning, all the staff attended a simple relocation ceremony down in the hall on the first floor of the building. During the ceremony, our general manager, Mr Xu, recalled some important moments before the relocation, that this company was founded in 2006 with only more than 10 employees, it relocated for the first time in 2009, with the hard work of everyone, the facility could not fulfill the needs for company growth in 2018, so it had to relocate for the second time. In this new factory, the entire staff will work together to improve the quality and increase the productivity.
At 9 AM, the firecrackers and fireworks were all fired in front of the company gate to celebrate such a great day of relocation. After that, the entire staff took a photo to record this day, Jan 2nd 2019.

At 10 AM in the morning, the entire staff from productions had a simple ceremony of starting production. In the ceremony, Mr Xu firstly acknowledged all the tremendous efforts that the production staff put into the decoration and relocation for the past 2 months. He also expressed his expectation to our disk shelf production, asking every member of production management team, leaders and regular employees to work even harder to improve our professionalism by learning the best practices from Japanese companies, and to work as a team for the objective as a model company.

In the ceremony of the office and production system, Mr Xu stressed that he expected the entire staff to improve individual quality in the new environment, regulate individual behaviors, behave appropriately, keep the office and production area clean and tidy, especially in the wash rooms. The quality of the staff determines the future of the company.
